Cape Hatteras Wave Classic presented by Patagonia Day 1 Overview

With wind’s not strong enough for competition, the riders of the 2016 Cape Hatteras Wave Classic presented by Patagonia were set loose to enjoy Cape Hatteras.  Surf sessions, Skate sessions, and good times on the beach were all on tap today.

Trip Forman, and Jason Slezak posted up in the REAL Watch Tower to discuss top riders to keep an eye one, and history of the Cape Hatteras Wave Classic.

We have three more CHWC event parties with live waterfront music this week and these are all OPEN to the public with Watermen’s Bar & Grill serving dinner and drinks throughout the shows. These include:

Monday: Jeremy Russell 6-9pm

Thursday: Broughton Aycock 6-9pm

Friday: Awards Party with DJ No Philter 6-9pm.
