BRAINCHILD Production has developed a unique process to print materials digitally, only using Eco Solvent Ink. Printing uses four times less water compared to dyed cloths. Moreover, only white fabrics are used for the canopy, which means there is no wastage of dyed material offcuts or the issue of any material color shortage. This unique process makes resource planning much easier as well.

With PROWELD,segments are ultrasonically welded together seamlessly at one point and then glued on the back to increase the structural rigidity of the joint.
