2024 North Orbit
Committing to overpowered airs and megaloops in gusty conditions demands an unwavering trust in your kite. For 2024 we’ve smoothed out the shape of the LE, introducing a continuous curved arc that is slightly narrower in the shoulders and wider in the wingtips. It’s quick. The wingtips have a more bi-elliptical shape for reduced drag and faster turning speed, while a slightly deeper profile in the centre creates more lift. Changes to the wingtip inspired a fully reworked bridle and attachment point positioning, for the most stable Orbit yet. The kite feels even more reliable and forgiving in overpowered, gusty conditions yet retains its ability to fly forward and catch you in kite loops. It's intuitive. Riders of all abilities can experience the best of both worlds, without worrying about your kite’s position in the sky. It’s more responsive in all conditions. In the smaller sizes we’ve lowered the aspect ratio slightly and refined profiles for improved hangtime and a faster, tighter turning radius for the doubles and S-loops.
In the bigger sizes we have updated the profiles for a more lively and reactive feel, with increased low end performance for heavier riders. We've also reduced the kite's overall weight with lighter bladders now in every size. Lighter weight means your kite flies faster, sooner, because you need less wind to get the kite up in the sky. Switch effortlessly between disciplines with the Toolless Interloop, our no-tools required modular harness loop replacement system. The Navigator Control System connects you intuitively to your kite, using industry-leading SK99 Dyneema lines from Liros for precise performance. The 2022 Connect Quick Release and leash now complies with ISO Standard 21853:2020. Faster, safer release and intuitive single-action reload in all conditions. Available in three sizes, the refined ergonomic design offers durability, comfort and tactile control. Knowing your kite's position just became second nature.

Loops are made from optimised TPU material for flex and durability, with a more rigid freeride security finger to prevent unexpected unhooking. Flexible LockGuard safety ring prevents accidental release of your interloop.
- PROTECTIVE PU-COVERED LEADER LINES
To help prevent line abrasion from uncovered lines against your skin, we've used colour-coded PU tubing covers. The covers also help them remain rigid and out of the way when the flying lines aren't under tension.

- KOOK-PROOF FLYING LINE CONNECTORS
Ensure you always set up your flying lines correctly. Designed to be exactly the same length so you can easily change the front (knotted end) and rear (lark's head loop) connectors to match most other manufacturers' kite configurations. Please familiarise yourself with the safety procedures and trimming instructions outlined in your kite’s user manual.
- INTUITIVE SINGLE-ACTION RELOAD
Security and performance in all conditions. Our patented and ISO-approved Connect Quick Release (QR) raises the bar in kite control system safety. The red QR handle has been ergonomically designed to fit in your hand comfortably for an industry-standard push away release. All loaded or running surfaces feature highly polished 316 stainless steel and low-friction components. The larger diameter bungee inside the QR helps reduce accidental release.
- THREE ADJUSTABLE BAR LENGTH OPTIONS
Fine tune the turning speed of your kite. The Navigator is available in three sizes 50-55cm (L), 45-50cm (M) and 38-43cm (S). To extend/retract bar length simply pull out cassettes on the bar-ends, rotate 180 degrees and snap back into place.
- SPINNING LEASH ATTACHMENT RING
Our oval-shaped leash pin ring is elongated for easier fastening of the leash carabiner, and spins to help prevent your landing line from twisting.
- SOFT EVA BAR ENDS WITH RETRACTABLE LINE WINDERS
The positive buoyancy bar ends with integrated line winder bungees are injection moulded in one piece with no-glue seams for long-lasting quality. The bar ends ensure nothing hard comes in touch with you or your board, float the entire bar, and also contain the concealed rear line adjustment. Even the best quality lines shrink over time, so after a month, we recommend you check your lines are all even and drop them to the bottom knot. It’s easy and takes only a minute to make the change.
- ADJUSTABLE CLEATED TRIM SYSTEM
Provides industry-proven line-adjustment when needed. The cleat base has been designed with circular geometry for consistent bar spin. In overpowered conditions the cleat allows you to shorten your front lines and remain in a comfortable body position.
- DURABLE COVERED MAINLINE, WITH CUSTOMISED TPU TUBING
Symmetric multibore landing line channel allows the landing line/flying line to pass through without snagging, regardless of the orientation when deploying or reloading. Crafted from a patented material specifically formulated for high abrasion flexible applications.
- ADJUSTABLE LENGTH FLYING LINES 22M (12M + 10M)
22m lines have a split at 12m, which is far enough for the bar to travel to completely depower our largest kite when you flag out. Remove the standard 10m top section of flying line and 12m lines are ideal for schools to teach with and for foil racing. 8m and 6m line extensions are available as an accessory for wave riding or tighter kiteloops.
- PREMIUM QUICK RELEASE LEASH
The Navigator Control System is supplied with a premium quality freeride Leash with a high load carabiner, soft neoprene cover and non-abrasive elasticised webbing. The leash QR mechanism has been modified to ensure correct orientation is maintained when released for consistent, safe release and reload.

Strong, thinner profile, pre-stretched flying lines mean less parasitic drag and uncompromised direct performance. With 88m of flying lines in the air, you can really feel the difference thinner line creates. Our latest technology high-load LIROS DC-401 Pro flying lines have extreme stretch resistance and minimal diameter (1.6mm).
- OMNIDIRECTIONAL GRIP WITH OFFSET FINGER BAR AND COLOUR-CODED COMPONENTS
Feel more connected. The Navigator is designed with a comfortable ergonomic grip for a natural grasp and the tactile offset finger bar is slightly oval, so you can feel when the control bar is orientated correctly. The colour-coded bar ends, leader tubing and line retainer pull tabs give a nod to our sailing heritage, port (red) and starboard (green).

2024 Flex Pro Strap Kit
Cushioning. Support. Shock absorption. The 2024 Flex Pro are engineered to help absorb and disperse impact after gravity-defying boosts, with triple-density dynamic support technology to protect your heels and guarantee softer landings. We’ve added structure and stability with a contoured anatomical footbed and ramped chassis for improved fit and increased lateral support. Outer angled heel inserts ensure your foot rolls properly, providing a stable landing and protecting your knees and ankles when loading up to release into the air. The GripFlex lightweight, rubberized EVA inner maintains grip underfoot when wet, while the fine grip pattern helps keep you locked in on various angles, preventing your foot from sliding out of the binding.
We’ve refined the adjustable injection-Velcro top flap to provide a strong yet flexible hold. The strap has a soft foam and KnitFlex seamless lining with split-Velcro fastenings. These provide custom comfort and allow your foot to shuffle more easily into a locked-in position. For your ultimate fit, ensure there's enough room for your toes to stretch and flex, and make sure the strap doesn't slip or rub. The upper should feel secure, but not too tight, and the footbed should match the shape of your foot. The Flex LX are compatible with both our 2023-2024 FlipTech centreline and 2020-2022 offline TwinTip mounting systems. Industry-standard screw spacings ensure they can also be fitted to other boards.
