This harness is in good condition,the cord on back of harness is in good condition.The back plate of harness is in good condtion with minor scratch marks and scuffing from daily use, the back of harness has sharpie markings on it as well. The fabric that is in-between back cord and fastner buckles is torn in one spot and fraying in another, this doesnt effect the saftey and use of this harness. The fasteners to tighten harness are in good condition and fully operational. The spreader bar is in good condition with moderate amount of scratching and scuffs from use. The velcro is in good condition. The back padding is in good condition, the foam material on top and bottom of back padding is in good condition but has minor to moderate foam indents throughout.
