This harness is in Good condition. Spreader bar shows minor scuffs throughout. Hook is in good condition. Clasp is functional and in good condition. Clasp has minor scuffing from use. Straps are functional and in good condition. Velcro is in fair condition. Outer backplate has sharpie. Outer backplate also has stitching coming undone. Elastic around cord is in good condition. Cord on backplate is in good condition.
